------------------ ------------------ This message has been edited by onaprwl on 12-19-2003 at 09:49 PM ------------------ I called Jamie yesterday he said the total price is $388.80 plus shipping, he is charging sales tax I told him on out of state items he wouldnt have to charge tax but he didnt understand that, so I gave up trying to explain it to him. My speaker cover should be in next week and I will ship it there, but would rather deal with and threw you if you dont mind. let me know block-buster ------------------ thanks Al curtis ------------------ ------------------ This probably would be right up his alley and if enough folks wanted one, he'd probably make the molds for free. He also does amazing things with fiber optic lights for seats, dashs, etc. This project might look cool with those too. I don't have his card but, can find him easily enough if you want me to. ------------------ This message has been edited by onaprwl on 02-09-2004 at 10:07 PM onaprwl For those of you that have been following Laddies post about the rear speaker box cover and are still interested check out the post again on Prowler Preformance. onaprwl Pictures posted on the Prowler Preformance and Apperance page under Rear Speaker Box almost complete by Laddie. Did the best I could. I'm no picture buff, sorry. This is only primed. Heading to paint shop now. bob gauchey Yes, I'm still interested. I want Purple. Do you think that they can be ordered and delivered by spring? Lone Ranger Anything is better than that gray felt Need cost plus paint (or do we do) and shipping Thanks Jim onaprwl Depending upon how many of you order at once and what place you are in line it took him about 3 days to do mine (working time) but actually a bit longer because he is the only installer some days and has other things to do so get in line FAST. Price is $350.00 unless he comes down because of the amount of orders. You know, quanity is cheeper. Also remember he is the builder, not the painter. Ask him, he could probally arange it. cmblockhus Good Morning Al: onaprwl Curtis, no problem. I just didn't want to slow things down for anyone. You should have ordered your part from the dealer here and Jamie or I could have picked it up and you would have saved the shipping. The rest of you may want to think about this. I was just worried that if he calls me about a piece being ready for shipping or is in at the dealer and I can't get to it for a couple of days it would only slow things down. However I will be glad to help everyone out as fast as I can. Also I am going to call Jamie about TAXES right now. You my give me a call if you are anyone would like my help 985-966-2505 AL cmblockhus Al I bought my own because I can get it for less as I work for a dealer and will not cost me anything to ship to you or him. may be better for most others to get the cover there like you said to speed things up. onaprwl I spoke to Jamie about the Taxes and everything is straighten out. No taxes. onaprwl I sent out a few e-mails at the request of the builder to see who might still be interested in this project. If so here is the contact number again. He can be reached at 985-809-0172. Ask for Jamie Williams. YellowFever If that guy isn't interested, I know of a custom manufacturer in Texas that builds custom seats/seat pans for choppers (did 1-2 for OCC) and has a whole shop of molds he's made. He also makes alot of custom parts like this for cars. steelercat Has anyone got their new speaker covers installed? I want to get one ordered and was wondering if everyone was happy with them. Do I still need to call Jamie williams to order mine?

The guy doesn't seem to interested in taking my order. He keeps putting me off with various reasons. Right now, he doesn't know the part#s he needs. steelercat I called him today and he said no problem but he needs my stock speaker cover. He said he fiberglasses over the carpet. I am not to sure about this. onaprwl Bob, I'm sorry, I have been real busy. He called me about that part number and I haven't got back with him. I will call him first thing in the morning.
